Refunds/Exchanges 

All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges may be made at our discretion. If you would like to place a claim for a refund or exchange please email us at: contact@hitz.clothing

Refund or exchange claims made (60) Days after item is received will not be considered. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damages reported after (30) Days upon reception will be considered fault of the customer.
